The new boob

Well I finally found a surgeon and on May 20th I got my new boob. Yahoo!!! I had to travel to Santa Clara for the surgery. I'm happy with the results. I can wear a swimsuit without fear that my prosthetic will fall out. I will have to have one more surgery to make them even but this will be a easy one.

Thank you for your blog. I was recently diagnosed with breast cancer, and I'm finding blogs more helpful than all the strictly medical information I've found online. I look forward to going back to the beginning of your journey and reading every word. Thank you, thank you, thank you.

I love your blog! I'm a young mom (33) recently diagnosed with BC. I'm scheduled for a bilateral mastectomy next week and your story is inspiring!

Blog's are therapeutic; both blogging and reading!
